ABOUT THE ROLE: 

The Partnerships Manager sits within a Client Services Account Pod and supports the development and execution of partnership, promotion, and grassroots marketing initiatives for assigned shows. This role focuses on executing partnership opportunities, managing outreach, and supporting activation delivery. The Partnerships Manager works closely with the Group Account Director and the Head of Brand & Talent Partnerships to bring programs to life.  

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Support outreach to brand partners and promotional affiliates, helping identify and develop partnership opportunities.
  • Assist in creating proposals, pitch materials, and partnership concepts.
  • Coordinate execution of partnerships, promotions, and experiential activations.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across partners and internal teams.
  • Support client updates, reporting, and post-activation recaps.
  • Contribute new ideas, partner leads, and grassroots marketing opportunities.
  • Assist senior team members on larger brand partnership programs.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2-4 years of experience in advertising, marketing, promotions, or partnerships (theatre experience a plus).
  • Interest in brand partnerships, promotions, and experiential marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Manages competing priorities and stays organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and actively seek solutions to problems.
  • Possesses the ability to see projects through from inception to completion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, partners, and collaborators.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and Social Networking platforms.
  • Passion for theatre, arts, and audience engagement.
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Salesforce, and Mailchimp.

  • A competitive salary between $65,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience and time in the field.
