We are looking for a passionate, highly analytical, and results-driven Paid Social Strategist to join our growing performance marketing team in our New York City office. As the Paid Social Strategist, you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate has a growth mindset, deep paid social experience, and an interest in live entertainment, theatre, and/or the performing arts. Reporting to the Associate Director of Paid Social, the Paid Social Strategist is a full-time exempt role based in New York City.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad concepts and messaging strategies that align with audience insights and campaign objectives.
Implement structured A/B tests to refine audience targeting, creative performance, and bidding strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and key metrics regularly, analyzing data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Manage and optimize budgets to maximize performance and ROAS, making real-time adjustments based on performance trends and goals.
Utilize audience targeting tools and methodologies (e.g., lookalike modeling) to reach the right demographics and refining strategies based on performance data
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including client services, creative, content, and business intelligence, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Attend client meetings presenting reports to internal and external stakeholders on paid social performance, clearly articulating insights and strategic optimization recommendations.
Stay informed of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in the paid social landscape
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
3-5 years of experience managing Paid Social campaigns across Meta and TikTok a must; Pinterest, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, etc. are a plus. Deep understanding of Meta advertising required.
Meta Blueprint Certification preferred
Strong understanding of key performance metrics (e.g., CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CVR, etc.) to identify optimization opportunities
Experience managing budgets from five to seven-figure budgets per month
Knowledgeable about channel best practices, from campaign setup to targeting and creative
Exceptional data analytics skills; ability to draw conclusions from data and form actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
Curiosity and the inclination to find the “why” behind performance
A passion for live theatre, arts, culture, attractions, and/or tourism is a plus!
A working knowledge of paid search is a plus!
WHAT WE OFFER:
- A competitive salary between $65,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience
