  • Lead execution of partnership activations, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
  • Create polished proposals, presentations, and partnership materials.
  • Contribute new partner categories, ideas, and audience engagement opportunities.
  • Support larger-scale brand and sponsorship programs in collaboration with the Head of Brand & Talent Partnerships.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in partnerships, promotions, or experiential marketing (theatre experience a plus).
  • Proven experience securing brand partnerships or promotional collaborations.
  • Strong commercial instincts and comfort with outreach and negotiation.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker who can move initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and Social Networking platforms.
  • Passion for theatre, arts, and audience engagement.
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Salesforce, and Mailchimp.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • A competitive salary between $75,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience and time in the field.
  • Comprehensive healthcare & dental—100% employer-paid for employees.
  • Generous PTO policy, plus ½-day Summer Fridays to make the most of sunny days.
  • Hybrid work model—a balance of in-office collaboration (currently minimum three days per week) and 4 set weeks per year "work from anywhere."
  • Continuous growth & learning—annual Training & Development fund to sharpen your skills.
