WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Daily reporting of wraps, 12 week out reports, etc to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as dynamic pricing lead on select shows, responsible for all aspects of ticketing strategy and execution.
- Creates meeting decks as required utilizing reports and presents analysis to client.
- Build programming for on sales, discount codes, dynamic pricing, group pricing, and more; trouble shooting with venue owners and operators as needed for quality assurance.
- Recommend both micro and macro pricing strategy to clients in tandem with marketing strategy.
- Liaise with box office staff and company management to enact strategy and programming as needed.
- Lead strategy for third-party ticket sellers, including but not limited to Broadway.com, TodayTix, TKTS, Plum Benefits, etc.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a hands-on ticketing position, such as company management, general management, box office work, ticketing operations, venue operations, marketing, or similar.
- Advanced knowledge of standard ticketing terminology- wraps, grosses, holds, statusing, etc.
- Familiarity with operations of at least one ticketing system used on Broadway: STAR/Telecharge, Broadway Direct, SeatGeek, AudienceView, Tessitura, or Ticketmaster.
- Understanding of Broadway-specific seasonal patterns, trends, and standard practices.
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Tableau, Domo, Looker, or a similar data visualization tool a plus.
- Coding experience with SQL, R, and/or Python a plus.
